JAR OF LOVE - HALLOWEEN

Pumpkin Pie cs- die cut 2 of the medium sized jars from the Everyday Jars Framelits.  Use the Hardwood stamp & Pumpkin Pie ink on the front & back of this.  I had an old face that I stamped in black ink.  I did not have the new Jar of Haunts stamp set, but it has a great face stamp in it.

The lid was stamped with Basic Gray ink on Basic Gray cs & cut out with the framelits.  Then highlight it with the gold Wink of Stella.

Box--3 1/2 x 3" Pumpkin Pie cs.   With the 3 1/2" side at the top score at 1 & 2 1/2"
Turn & put the 3" at the top and score at 1 & 2"

Cut on the score lines up to the fold line on each of the folds on the 3 1/2" side.  You will have 4 little snips!  Fold the box & tape or glue.  If you tape use Fast Fuse or the Tear & Tape.

Tape the gray lids on the jar.  Tape the bottom of the jars & adhere them to the front & back of the box.

There are 2 Hershey Nuggets inside.  If you want to wrap them use some DSP cut at 1 x 3.  Tie your pumpkin jar closed with Bakers Twine.  If you use a different candy that is bigger-don't tie the top so it will fit.

Hope you liked this little treat!

COOKIE-CUTTER CHRISTMAS

5 1/2 x 8 1/2 vanilla cs score at 4 1/4 & fold in half
4 x 5 1/4 real red cs--punch out the red backing for the greeting & the circle that goes behind the reindeer.  Make sure that you don't make any of the cuts close to the edge & no one will ever know that you did this. (This saves on the cost of your card stock & helps to keep the weight of the card down.)

3 3/4 x 5 crumb cake cs & ink--stamp the reindeer on this.

1 1/4 x 5 Dandy Cane Lane DSP

On a piece of scrap vanilla cs stamp another reindeer.  Punch it out using the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch.  Do you see that the punch is turned upside down for this.  Yes, the antlers are the legs--the reindeer ears are the arms.  Isn't that cute!

Stamp your greeting from the Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set in real red ink on vanilla cs & punch out with the Duet Banner Punch.   Layer this on the red one you punched out.  Mount with dimensionals.  The reindeer is mounted with dimensionals too.  The red nose is red glitter paper punched out with the cookie cutter punch.  It is the the very bottom of a foot (or leg).  Use a glue dot to attach.

EMBELLISHED ORNAMENTS

I just noticed that there is some glare on the left of this picture.  (I keep the cards in a plastic sleeve when I am saving them for a class.)

Embellished Ornaments stamp set & matching framelits are the only ones that I used on this card.

5 1/2 x 8 1/2 Sweet Sugarplum cs---score at 4 1/4 & 1 1/4
1 1/4 x 5 1/2 & 7/8 x 5 1/2" Emerald Envy cs

Use the emerald envy ink to stamp on the emerald envy cs.
Tape the 2 pieces to the card front.

I tore just a small strip off the edge of the sweet sugarplum cs.  Sponge it with the matching ink.  I also sponged lightly on the front of the sweet sugarplum cs with the matching ink.  Fold back the 1 1/4" piece that you tore the edge off.  Tape or glue this down.

Use the framelits to cut out the ornaments from an extra piece of emerald envy cs.  Cut out the lacy ornament from a piece of Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.  When you use your Big Shot to cut glimmer paper always make sure that you put the glitter side down.  You want the framelit to cut thru the paper backing first.

Use a little glue to put the ornament pieces together & mount on the folded part of the front.  Be sure to get the glue on the correct side so that you don't glue the card shut.
